Project Manager Science & Technology Position Overview Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in Science & Technology projects to lead architectural projects from planning through construction and post-occupancy. This individual will be responsible for project delivery, financial performance, client management, consultant coordination, and team leadership while ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with design intent. Required Capabilities Manage architectural projects through all phases, including planning, design, documentation, construction administration, and closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, work plans, and staffing plans. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project teams. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants. Track project financial performance, scope changes, and contract deliverables. Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders. Support proposal development, fee negotiations, and business development efforts. Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff. Top 5 Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. 5+ years of architectural project management experience across all project phases. Science & Technology project experience (labs, research facilities, higher education science buildings, healthcare research environments, etc.). Strong experience managing project budgets, schedules, consultants, and client relationships. Licensed Architect preferred (NCARB and/or LEED credentials a plus). Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 10 paid holidays (including 2 floating holidays) and a minimum of 4 weeks of paid time off with a cash out option.
