Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 8 years or more in an electrical/electronics design role. Must be a current practitioner. 
- Proven experience in designing and testing electrical systems
- Advanced mathematical skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD), EPLAN, Met LAB software and electrical engineering simulation tools
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for electrical safety and performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite:  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Teams, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability work independently and part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Willingness to continuously lean and stay updated on advancements in the field of electrical engineering

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
