Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY

SECTION 2: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

· Provide feedback & recommendations on program effectiveness.
· Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records, and third-party vendor if applicable.
- Provide technical support for the approval/ validation of changes/ improvements in supplier processes.
- Provide technical support for the resolution of component quality issues.
- Potentially coordinate RMI/CAD/BOM actives.
- Produce component cost comparisons and analyze alternative manufacturing methods for cost improvement projects (CIP’S).
- Sustain supply chain continuity by qualifying and validating process, method, equipment or component as per approval procedures.
- Manages ETQ database for assigned NC’S and CAPA’S completes actions by due dates and provides periodic updates to management.
- Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area.
- Compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities.
