The Mods & Upgrades On-Ramp team is seeking a Program Management Integrator to support proposal lifecycle coordination, team business rhythm, and portfolio process improvement across a high-volume modifications portfolio.
The selected candidate will manage a subset of ECPs through the proposal lifecycle while also helping maintain the team’s operating rhythm, proposal trackers, action follow-up, milestone visibility, and process discipline. This role will help ensure CRs/ECPs continue moving through the lifecycle with accurate status, clear ownership, and timely follow-up.
This position is well suited for someone interested in growing program management experience through exposure to proposal strategy, cross-functional coordination, lifecycle tracking, BOM/CLIN inputs, portfolio reviews, and leadership reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a subset of ECPs through the proposal lifecycle from CR maturity through proposal submittal, negotiation, and award.
* Support team business rhythms by coordinating meeting inputs, action tracking, follow-up items, milestone status, and leadership-ready updates.
* Maintain accurate proposal lifecycle data, including status, dates, owners, blockers, ECDs, and key milestone movement.
* Support process improvement, tracker discipline, and automation readiness by helping keep business data clean, structured, and current.
* Coordinate with Program Management, Engineering, Contracts, Supply Chain, Pricing, Business Management, and Data Analytics to support proposal readiness and portfolio visibility.
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Basic Qualifications
* Experience in project management, proposal coordination, program support, systems engineering, and/or technical coordination.
* Experience in organization, follow-through, cross functional communications, and/or attention to detail.
* Experience managing actions, dates, owners, dependencies, and competing priorities.
* Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PDM, APTS, SAP, or similar business rhythm / program management tools.
* Experience in proposal lifecycle management, process improvement, and/or broader program management growth.
Desired Skills
* Familiarity with CR/ECP lifecycle processes, proposal milestones, BOM/CLIN coordination, aircraft effectivity, or contract award activities.
* Experience with PDM, APTS, SAP, or similar program / proposal / configuration management systems.
* Experience maintaining clean, structured data to support reporting, dashboards, automation, or leadership reviews.
* Experience coordinating across Program Management, Engineering, Contracts, Supply Chain, Pricing, Business Management, or Data Analytics.
* Interest in process improvement, automation readiness, and growing broader program management acumen.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

* For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
