We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to join our team and lead our restaurant operations to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and high service standards.
- Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong team-building and people-management capabilities.
- Excellent customer service mindset.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
