Job Description

The Bartender is responsible for providing professional and friendly beverage service while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. The role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages according to company standards and customer preferences.

The Bartender is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, ensuring proper handling and storage of beverages and supplies. The position also supports daily bar operations, follows standard recipes and service procedures, and ensures compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.

The role requires excellent customer service, good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Bartender is expected to work as part of a team, respond professionally to customer requests, and contribute to creating a positive and welcoming guest experience.

Job Requirements

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of beverage preparation and bar service.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ability to maintain an organized and well-stocked bar.

- Flexible to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
