About this role

Working closely with managers, inspectors, trades operatives and contractors, you'll be responsible for scheduling appointments, organising workloads and ensuring resources are deployed effectively. Using systems such as OFS, Orchard and Power BI, you'll help keep repair programmes on track, maintain accurate records and provide valuable information that supports operational decision-making.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, planning and working with a variety of people. You'll need strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. In return, you'll gain experience working with modern scheduling and reporting systems while making a direct contribution to the delivery of housing maintenance services across Swansea.

As part of a supportive and professional team, you'll play an important role in helping to deliver a service that residents rely on every day. If you're enthusiastic, customer-focused and enjoy being at the heart of busy operations, we'd love to hear from you.
