Job Description & Summary

The Opportunity

As a Microsoft D365 CRM + Copilot/AI Functional Lead you will guide client support work within our business application consulting practice, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that help clients improve operational efficiency and support business goals. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach team members, and manage complex workstreams while using sound judgment, technology, and business insight to shape delivery and address client needs. In this role at PwC, you will analyze client requirements, support CRM implementation efforts, and help deliver training and adoption support for Microsoft CRM applications, including Copilot and AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

- Leading Microsoft D365 CRM and Copilot/AI functional workstreams for client engagements
- Analyzing client requirements and translating business needs into CRM solution design and delivery plans
- Managing CRM implementations, including configuration decisions, deployment activities, and issue resolution
- Guiding integration planning across Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM architecture, and connected applications
- Developing team members through coaching, feedback, and review of project deliverables
- Overseeing project timelines, scope, and budget while tracking risks and dependencies
- Delivering user training and adoption support to help client teams use CRM tools effectively
- Identifying opportunities to apply AI-enabled capabilities that improve operational efficiency and client outcomes
- Building relationships with client stakeholders to align solution priorities, resolve concerns, and adapt plans as needs change

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect�level certifications, relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM application certifications

- Preference for a Master’s or Masters of Business Administration degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering
- Demonstrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Copilot/AI functional leadership
- Leading CRM implementation planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery
- Translating system interactions into client-focused solution recommendations
- Mentoring teams through feedback, review, and coaching
- Applying AI fluency to improve operational efficiency and user training

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
