The Opportunity
As a SAP Supply Chain Senior Associate you will help clients optimize SAP supply chain and operations applications, translate business needs into practical solutions, and support implementation and training efforts that improve operational efficiency. Within our business application consulting practice, you will use problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a client-focused mindset to analyze complex processes, contribute to workstreams, and build meaningful client relationships.
As a Senior Associate you will manage assigned workstreams, navigate ambiguity, mentor junior team members, and deepen your understanding of the broader business context while developing your personal brand and technical skills. In this role at PwC, you will bring together SAP knowledge, data-informed insights, and professional judgment to support client service engagements, validate deliverables, and help drive progress across supply chain transformation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client supply chain and operations needs to identify process gaps and SAP solution requirements
- Supporting SAP supply chain implementations by configuring process flows, validating business requirements, and preparing deployment activities
- Developing workstream deliverables for planning, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and transportation processes
- Interpreting data from supply chain performance metrics to recommend process improvements and operational changes
- Coordinating issue resolution across SAP SCM activities, project tasks, and client dependencies
- Applying knowledge of supply chain management software to support transformation initiatives and system adoption
- Preparing training materials and user guidance to support solution use and process alignment
- Reviewing work products for accuracy and consistency while mentoring junior team members on assigned tasks
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Science
- Demonstrating SAP Supply Chain consulting experience across client service engagements
- Applying supply chain planning, procurement, or operations process knowledge
- Interpreting data to inform recommendations and delivery decisions
- Navigating ambiguity while anticipating team and client needs
- Mentoring junior team members through complex workstreams

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
