About this role

Pay Range: $25.48 - $33.98

Responsible for the development and management of company capital expenditures related to facilities projects. Assists in day to day duties of Facilities and Maintenance Department.

Education and Experience:

- High School diploma or GED
- 5-10 years of experience in building trade related field preferred

Skills and Abilities:

- Basic knowledge of the building trades. (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC).
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous project management experience required.

Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements:

- May require some evening and weekend hours. Some travel required. Valid driver’s license.

Tasks Performed:

- 25% - Daily management of Capital Expenditure program related to facilities projects.
- 20% - Assist in planning and development of cost estimates for budgeting purposes.
- 20% - Develop and maintain capital expenditure tracking for review monthly.
- 20% - Provides project management for special projects.
- 10% - Work with maintenance personnel on various projects as required. May require moving large objects and heavy lifting.
- 5% - Other duties as assigned.
