Project Manager (3+ Years Experience)

Lead Complex Industrial Projects with a Growing Industry Leader!

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee large-scale industrial construction and engineering projects across aviation, parcel distribution, logistics, postal, and food & beverage markets. This role offers the opportunity to manage highly visible projects directly with owners and end users while leading multidisciplinary teams through planning, execution, and successful project delivery. Responsibilities

- Manage projects from award through closeout
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate engineering, field, subcontractor, and vendor activities
- Lead project meetings and drive accountability across teams
- Manage project documentation, contracts, change orders, and submittals
- Identify and resolve project risks and technical challenges
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Mentor Project Engineers and support team development

Qualifications

- 3+ years of Project Management experience in construction, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or related industries
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and project teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management tools
- Bluebeam experience preferred
- Industrial, mechanical, structural, material handling, or construction project experience is highly desirable

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $65.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
