About this role

Our client in Wenatchee, WA is currently hiring for a Project Designer / Architectural Designer . This is a full-time, in-office opportunity supporting a diverse portfolio of public and private sector projects. The ideal candidate will have strong Revit experience, experience producing construction documents, and the ability to collaborate throughout all phases of project development. Pay - $31.00/hr. - $40.00/hr. (Depending on years of experience, tenure, software proficiency, relevant project experience, and overall qualifications) Location - Wenatchee, WA (Fully Onsite) Schedule - Standard Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)

(Responsibilities)

Support projects from schematic design through construction administration Develop Design Development (DD) and Construction Document (CD) packages Produce and revise architectural drawings using Revit Collaborate with Project Architects and Project Managers to meet schedules and project deliverables Assist with project coordination, permitting, and documentation efforts Coordinate with consultants and internal project teams Participate in project meetings and construction-related activities as required Contribute to a variety of public and private sector projects including commercial, multifamily, civic, healthcare, retail, and municipal developments Mentor and support junior design staff and drafters when applicable

(Qualification Requirements)

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Studies 3-7 years of architectural design experience Proficiency with Revit (Non-Negotiable) Experience producing Design Development (DD) and Construction Document (CD) packages Experience supporting projects through all phases of architectural development Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, energy code requirements, and accessible design standards Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while remaining self-motivated AutoCAD experience preferred Interest in pursuing architectural licensure preferred

No Revit experience No experience producing construction documents Limited exposure to Design Development (DD) and Construction Document (CD) phases No architectural project experience within an architecture, design, or AEC environment Less than 3 years of relevant architectural experience Inability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented office environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wenatchee, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
