About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to support employee benefit programs, including HSAs, FSAs, and reimbursement accounts . This role combines administrative support, claims processing, data entry, and customer service to ensure accurate account management and an exceptional member experience. Key Responsibilities
- Process HSA, FSA, and reimbursement claims accurately and efficiently.
- Review and track claims, reimbursements, and account transactions.
- Respond to member inquiries regarding account balances, claims status, and benefit plans.
- Assist users with online account access and troubleshooting.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and general office administration.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Accurate data entry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with employee benefits, HSAs, FSAs, claims processing, or HR-related functions is preferred.

Fully onsite, Monday-Friday, standard business hours. Professional office environment supporting benefits administration, customer service, and administrative operations.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glens Falls, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
