What You'll Be Doing
- Analyze and manage large datasets to support client reporting and decision-making
- Create, update, and maintain Excel-based reports, databases, and financial records
- Assist with financial tracking, tax calculations, assessments, and compliance reporting
- Partner with Project Managers to support municipal and special district clients
- Perform quality control reviews to ensure high levels of accuracy and data integrity
- Prepare reports and documentation used in client meetings and presentations
- Learn to interpret financial, legal, and regulatory documents related to public finance
- Help identify issues, analyze trends, and support data-driven solutions
- Participate in client meetings and gradually take on increased client exposure and responsibility
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field
- Internship experience or 1+ year of experience in data analysis, finance, accounting, reporting, or administrative support
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis
- Experience working with large datasets and maintaining data accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in analytics and finance
Preferred Experience
- SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting and visualization tools
- Financial analysis, accounting, or reporting experience
- Exposure to government, municipal, public-sector, or compliance-focused environments

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $28.85/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
