New Vehicle Sales Consultant

Bridge Toyota is looking for an energetic, motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Specialist to join our Darwin team.
Automotive sales experience is preferred; however, we will also consider an outstanding salesperson from another industry who has the right attitude, drive and ability to build strong customer relationships.

The Opportunity
As a Vehicle Specialist, you will:

- Help customers find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and needs.

- Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Manage enquiries and consistently follow up prospective customers.

- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

- Prepare and present vehicle proposals.

- Work toward individual and dealership sales targets.

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.

- Develop repeat and referral business.

- Work closely with our Finance, Insurance, Carcare and Delivery teams.

- Represent Bridge Toyota professionally at all times.

About You
We are looking for someone who:

- Ideally has previous automotive sales experience.

- Is confident, motivated and results-driven.

- Has excellent communication and people skills.

- Enjoys building relationships and helping customers.

- Is organised and follows through on commitments.

- Can work effectively independently and as part of a team.

- Has strong computer and administrative skills.

- Holds a current driver’s licence.

- Is available to work Saturdays as part of the normal roster.
