The internship in short
The programme kicks off end of March and will last for 10 weeks (full-time). As an intern, you are recruited to a specific job role where you will be involved in daily business activities and have a great opportunity to explore the environment of banking. You will be guided by at least one tutor during your internship. You will get to know SEB, meet professionals across the WAM division, get to know other interns and start building your network. Wealth & Asset Management
The Wealth & Asset Management division (WAM) serves a wide range of client segments, including high-net-worth individuals, business families, private equity firms, institutional investors and corporate clients.
WAM has approximately 2000 employees across 15 markets: Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, France, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Germany, Luxembourg, the UK, Ireland, Singapore, Poland and Switzerland.
What You Will Do
You will be working in the Investment Solutions team at SEB Life and Pension. We are focusing on the investment offering for our clients throughout our 3 main business lines: Unit Linked, Depot Insurance and Traditional Insurance.
Investment Solutions is part of the SEB Life Investment team of approx. 20 people, carrying out Portfolio Management, Asset Monitoring, Sales support etc.
You will work at SEB Arenastaden in Solna.
Who Are You?
You are curious, open-minded and self-going and used to collaborating in a team. An interest in funds and financial investments is a plus but is not needed.
Qualifications
Example:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor or master’s degree within Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• You have studied at least 2 years at university level
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
• Excellent oral and written Swedish skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
