We are looking for a Systems Engineer with practical experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Cameo Systems Modeler. The engineer will create and maintain digital system models and support engineering teams during product development.

Work Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system architecture models using Cameo.

• Create SysML diagrams to describe system requirements, structure, and behavior.

• Maintain links between system requirements, design models, and verification activities.

• Work with hardware and software engineers to define system interfaces.

• Review models and support engineering design reviews.

• Keep system models and related documentation up to date.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in systems engineering or related technical roles.

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Practical experience with Cameo Systems Modeler or MagicDraw.

• Good knowledge of SysML and MBSE principles.

• Understanding of system requirements and architecture development.

• English at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with IBM DOORS and requirements traceability.

• Knowledge of INCOSE systems engineering practices.

• Experience with aerospace or defense programs.

• Knowledge of system verification and validation processes.

- Salary range: our budget for this role is between PLN 9,000 - 10,500 gross per month.
