What this role is about:

We are looking for a seasoned Mobile App Designer to own the user experience and visual design of our mobile applications. You will work, day to day with Flutter/React engineers and .NET back-end engineers, turning product requirements into intuitive, accessible, and polished interfaces that are practical to build in Flutter and well matched to the data and APIs our services provide.

Key Responsibilities:

- UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience in mobile app design and experience in adapting web applications for mobile devices.
- Proficiency in Figma and comfortable creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, accessibility, and mobile design patterns.
- Role will focus on bringing an existing web experience to mobile, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across platforms.
- We are looking for someone who can quickly understand complex workflows, simplify them for mobile use, collaborate closely with developers, and support the design process through implementation.

Work Experience

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 4+ yrs of experience in mobile app design.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, design, or a related field.
- Certification: Any UI/UX certifications are good to have.

Mandatory Skills:

- Tools: Figma.
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, accessibility, and mobile design patterns.
- Strong communication and team collaboration.
