## Project Overview:
Bechtel and Westinghouse Electric Company have partnered to deliver the first AP1000 nuclear power reactors in Poland for our customer, the Polish Entity Polskie Elektrownie Jadrowe (PEJ). Bechtel will be the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor for the project. As the EPC, our responsibilities will include providing the design for the Turbine Island and Balance of Plant as well as the construction of the entire facility. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity, and we are looking for the talent that will help expand Poland’s nuclear base and build a strong and long-lasting energy future for generations to come.
This position is subject to U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) regulations at 10 CFR Part 810 (Part 810), which govern the transfer of hardware, materials, and technology to support the construction and operation of commercial nuclear power plants overseas.
## Job Summary:
In this role, you'll be a key point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, helping to deliver a seamless hiring experience from application to onboarding. You'll coordinate interviews, candidate travel, and onboarding activities, while managing requisitions and tracking candidate progress throughout the recruitment process. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will play a vital role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent to support Bechtel's continued success.
## Major Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Serve as a key point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate and schedule both in-person and virtual interviews, including candidate travel arrangements and related expense administration.
- Manage requisitions and candidate activity within the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate records and smooth progression through the hiring process.
- Support the preparation of employment offers and hiring documentation for selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports to support hiring activities and decision-making.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires joining the organization.
- Support and coordinate recruitment and hiring events as needed.
## Education and Experience Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related business function.
- An associate degree, technical training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
## Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate data and documentation across recruitment systems. Ability to analyze, organize, and present recruitment-related information and reports in a clear and structured manner.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-service orientation, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global and multicultural team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing recruitment activities and administrative processes.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR systems, or recruitment platforms is considered an advantage.
