Industrial Maintenance Technician
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment to ensure safe and efficient production operations. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, and power transmission systems.
Candidates must be comfortable reading blueprints and schematics, using a multimeter, and performing cutting and welding tasks. Applicants will be required to complete a practical cutting and welding assessment as part of the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery and production equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain and repair conveyor systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, bearings, and power transmission components.
- Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
- Use a multimeter and other diagnostic tools to identify equipment issues.
- Perform cutting, welding, fabrication, and other mechanical repair tasks as needed.
- Inspect equipment for wear, damage, and potential safety concerns.
- Identify the root cause of equipment failures and implement effective repairs.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintenance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment concerns to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience .
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Hands-on experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, and power transmission systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Experience using a multimeter and other maintenance diagnostic tools.
- Ability to perform cutting and welding tasks.
- Willingness to complete a practical cutting and welding assessment.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs in a production environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and equipment reliability.
Work Environment
- Industrial manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on work involving machinery, production equipment, and mechanical components.
- Requires the ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment and perform physical job duties as needed.
Available Shifts
Candidates may be considered for one of the following schedules:
- Shift 1: 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Shift 2: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Shift 3: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
