- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM (1 opening)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM (3 openings)

Responsibilities

- Operate production presses according to training and work instructions.
- Inspect parts for quality and identify defects or issues.
- Follow detailed work instructions and established safety procedures.
- Complete production paperwork and operator production sheets accurately.
- Meet daily production goals and quality expectations.
- Assist with sorting, reworking, and repackaging parts when needed.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow company policies and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist team members and supervisors with production needs as directed.

Qualifications

- No previous press operator experience required; manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn how to operate production equipment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
