Progressive Die Operator – 1st Shift
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Progressive Die Operator to join our manufacturing team on first shift! This position is responsible for operating production equipment used to stamp, cut, and form metal components while maintaining quality and safety standards. Previous progressive die or manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Operate progressive die presses and other manufacturing equipment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and inconsistencies.
- Load materials and ensure equipment is supplied for production.
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Previous progressive die, press operation, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and production processes.
