Role Overview
Lead full-chip place-and-route execution and convergence, driving integration, QoR optimization, signoff closure, and predictable delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-chip floorplan, placement, CTS, routing, and optimization
• Drive timing, congestion, power, area, and design-rule closure
• Manage hierarchical integration and interface issues
• Coordinate with block, STA, EMIR, PV, and clock teams
• Lead execution reviews, risk tracking, and tapeout readiness- Required Skills & Expertise
Required Skills & Expertise
Extensive full-chip PnR experience with Innovus or ICC2
• Strong knowledge of STA, CTS, power planning, and signoff flows
• Experience in advanced nodes and large-scale designs
• Strong TCL automation and debug capability
• Proven technical leadership in complex programs

Preferred Skills
Experience with multi-die or chiplet implementation
• Exposure to distributed execution and QoR dashboards
• Python scripting is a plus

Education
BE/BTech/MTech in Electronics or related field
