Customer Service Representative:

Location:  Aurora, CO 80011

Pay:  $24-27/hr., Depending on Experience

Hours:  M-F, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Job Type:  Temporary-to-Hire (Fast-track to Permanent)

Experience:  1 year of customer-facing experience

The Customer Service Representative is a key representative of the company with direct customer contact, and is a valued, essential part of the company’s success.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Ensure all stakeholders, employees, and customers are safe. Answer calls and work with customers to direct them to the correct department. Communicate directly with customers via phone and email. Support the service and sales team. Clerical work including recording order information, digitalizing paperwork, and filing. Uses the Business System, CRM, and Cases to prepare & manage customer relationships and customer service issues. Other duties as assigned.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Experience with CRM and case management systems preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred, technical school or military experience a plus. Proven ability to work directly with the customer to solve their problems and to be paid for the work. Team player able to effectively work at all levels of the organization. Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined with the ability to handle multiple tasks Highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment-oriented. Solid English communication skills, both written and verbal. Overall PC literacy (Microsoft Office).
