About this role
This role will support our Accounts Payable Supply Chain/Logistics function for the Americas region. They will be part of a small team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of logistics and supply chain creditor transactions, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and effective supplier relationship management.
Key Performance Indicators
Accounts Payable & Creditors Management
- Ensure supplier invoices are accurately and timeously processed and recorded in NetSuite in compliance with company policies and USA, Mexico and Peru tax regulations.
- Generate purchase orders accurately and within required timelines
- Ensure relevant shipping details are recorded in NetSuite and in any other tracking spreadsheets
- Upload approved invoices and supporting documentation into designated NetSuite folders
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding requisitions, purchase orders, and goods/service receipt transactions
- Generate and send out supplier remittances following payment
Creditors Reconciliations & Reporting
- Take full ownership of creditor age analyses and account reconciliations
- Request and obtain Supplier statements. Investigate, reconcile, and resolve unmatched or outstanding items
- Prepare and report monthly creditor aging analyses
Query Resolution & Stakeholder Management
- Build good relationships with key suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with Grower Accounting and other finance team
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years' relevant Accounts Payable experience
- Experience within logistics, supply chain, agribusiness, fresh produce, or related industries will be beneficial.
- Good English proficiency (written and verbal).
