The Asset & Wealth Management Division (AWM) Public Legal Associate/Analyst position presents an opportunity for talented and motivated candidates with an interest in private equity, hedge funds, investment management, finance and law. The role involves working directly with the attorneys in AWM Public Legal supporting the AWM Public businesses, funds and transactions.

- Accurate and detail-oriented with sound judgment and integrity
- Keen interest in legal frameworks
- Experience with legal entity formation and knowledge of legal entity structures is a plus
- Prior paralegal experience is a plus
Responsibilities will include:
- All aspects of legal entity creation, maintenance and dissolution including drafting/reviewing formation/governing documents and resolutions
- Fielding internal and external inquiries regarding AWM Public fund information
- Assisting with anti-money laundering/KYC requests
- Responding to regulatory-related requests and reviewing certain documents for compliance with regulatory requirements
- Performing various other governance related tasks, as needed
