We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to serve as the operational engine behind our Global Banking & Markets FICC & Equities marketing team. This individual will work across a variety of projects and gain experience in cross-functional stakeholder management, budget tracking, event logistics, and workflow standardization.

Within Global Marketing sits the Global Banking & Markets marketing team, responsible for end-to-end marketing strategies and programs for the entirety of the division. Within FICC & Equities, the team works across the firm’s businesses, leading integrated marketing strategies across messaging, brand, content, social, paid media, client engagement, digital marketing, and marketing analytics.

Role Summary

The Marketing Operations Specialist drives the operational efficiency, project management, and logistical coordination of our marketing initiatives. Serving as a key cross-functional collaborator, you will oversee the critical day-to-day business functions that keep our programs running smoothly including budget tracking, procurement administration, contract management, and event logistics support. Beyond executing daily operations, you will proactively identify process bottlenecks, design smarter workflows, and build the infrastructure needed to scale our efforts. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized problem-solver with a proven track record of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

- Track project timelines, status and deliverable calendars across concurrent programs, proactively flagging risks, dependencies, and approval bottlenecks to keep work on schedule.
- Track marketing budgets in collaboration with business marketers, monitoring committed, actual, and forecast spend across email, events, and sales collateral programs.
- Project manage scoping and contracting in partnership with business marketers, Sourcing, and Legal, shepherding Schedule of Works (SOWs), renewals, and amendments through to execution.
- Own procurement and payment administration end to end, including sourcing requests, purchase orders, invoices, and supporting paperwork, chasing outstanding payments and maintaining accurate tracking.
- Coordinate event operations and logistics, including shipping, swag, storage and inventory, registration, and on-site materials for in-person and virtual events.
- Streamline and optimize processes and workflows, documenting them as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and templates and training the team on their use.

Qualifications:

- 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations or project management, ideally supporting multiple business lines in a matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams against competing deadlines, with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Proficiency with work management and tracking tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet or equivalents, and Excel.
- Experience scoping work with internal stakeholders and shepherding contracts through Sourcing and Legal, including SOWs, renewals, and amendments.
- Working knowledge of corporate procurement and accounts payable processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, vendor onboarding, and contract paperwork.
- Experience coordinating event logistics, including shipping, inventory and storage, registration platforms, and on-site materials for in-person and virtual events.
- Track record of identifying process inefficiencies and implementing practical improvements, including writing SOPs, templates, and process documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear status updates and escalate risks with context and recommended options.
- Experience partnering effectively with Finance, business line marketers and other cross-functional stakeholders

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $150000-$225000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
