Salary range (but not limited to):
109,900 - 134,300
Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Change Management Specialist to support the successful delivery of our finance projects, a strategic initiative designed to strengthen processes, enhance accountability, and improve operational effectiveness across the organization.
As the Change Management Specialist, you will lead the people side of change, ensuring employees are engaged, informed, prepared, and supported throughout change initiates. You will develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that drive awareness, minimize resistance, foster adoption, and sustain new ways of working across the organization
What you’ll do here:
As the Change Management Specialist, you will drive stakeholder readiness, adoption, and sustainment of new controls across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Assess stakeholder impacts across teams and business areas.
- Develop and execute communication and engagement plans.
- Translate control changes into clear, actionable guidance.
- Coordinate training, awareness activities, and support materials.
- Identify and address adoption risks, resistance, and knowledge gaps.
- Align business readiness activities with project milestones.
- Support leaders and managers in reinforcing expected behaviors and accountability.
- Monitor adoption and recommend corrective actions where needed.
- Ensure new controls are embedded into day-to-day operations and sustained beyond project implementation.
What you bring to the table:
- Post secondary education in either: Change Management, Business Administration, HR or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years experience leading organizational change initiatives, preferably within large-scale transformation, governance, controls, risk, compliance, or process improvement programs.
- Ability to work through ambiguity – is required
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience conducting impact assessments, developing change strategies, and driving user adoption.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
