ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Venue Retention & Lifecycle Marketing , to support the execution and optimization of Resy’s venue retention, nurture, and B2B content marketing strategy. Reporting to the Manager of Venue Lifecycle and Retention Marketing , this role will play a key part in bringing data-driven, multi-channel marketing programs to life that deepen restaurant partner engagement, strengthen loyalty, drive product adoption, and support long-term partner retention.
This individual will work closely with the Manager of Venue Retention Marketing to execute partner nurture strategies and B2B content programs across the venue lifecycle , translating strategic priorities, partner insights, and product value into relevant and compelling communications. They will own key executional workstreams across email and editorial content including the B2B Content Calendar and end-to-end development of Resy’s partner eNewsletter, while supporting the development and execution of trigger-based and ongoing nurture journeys.
The role will sit at the intersection of lifecycle marketing, B2B content, email execution, and marketing operations . This person will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Partner Success, Product, Creative, Compliance, and other teams to move campaigns and initiatives from ideation and briefing through development, approval, deployment, measurement, and optimization. They will bring strong operational rigor to the team, ensuring that multiple campaigns, stakeholders, approvals, and deadlines are effectively managed.
The ideal candidate is an organized and execution-oriented marketer with strong email, editorial, and social instincts and analytical curiosity . They are equally comfortable developing a content idea, building an email campaign, coordinating a legal review, analyzing campaign performance, and managing a complex project plan. They have a desire to understand our hospitality partners and use data-driven lifecycle marketing to create communications that deliver meaningful value.
- 2+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, email, B2B, content, digital, or integrated marketing, ideally within a SaaS, technology, hospitality, or partner-focused organization.
- Hands-on experience developing and executing email or lifecycle marketing campaigns, with an understanding of campaign development from audience definition and content creation through QA, deployment, and reporting.
- Strong editorial and writing skills, with the ability to generate content ideas and translate business priorities, product capabilities, and audience needs into clear and compelling B2B communications; familiarity with SEO principles is a plus.
- Experience supporting or executing nurture and lifecycle marketing programs, with an understanding of segmentation, personalization, behavioral triggers, and journey-based marketing; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use campaign performance, CRM data, partner feedback, research, and other qualitative and quantitative insights to inform marketing decisions and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and approval processes.
- Experience navigating Compliance, Brand, or other structured marketing approval processes is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and stakeholders.
