About this role

Key Responsibilities

- Recruiting & Requisition Management
- Manage salaried requisitions throughout the recruiting lifecycle from job posting through offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to provide recruiting guidance, status updates, and process support
- Coordinate candidate movement through recruiting workflows and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Support hiring efforts across manufacturing facilities and corporate functions including IT, Finance, Sales, and other professional positions
- Prepare offers and maintain recruiting compliance standards
- ATS & System Transition Support
- Support the migration of recruiting activities from Taleo to UKG
- Assist with recruiting-related testing, validation, cleanup, and implementation activities
- Reformat, review, and enter recruiting data into UKG
- Ensure recruiting information is accurate, complete, and aligned during the transition
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicate records, and system-related issues
- Recruiting Operations
- Maintain internal and external job postings
- Support recruiting workflow administration and process execution
- Monitor ATS data integrity and compliance requirements
- Partner with Recruiting, HR Business Partners, and project teams to ensure recruiting continuity throughout the cutover
- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or recruiting operations experience
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle from applicant review through offer stage
- Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Technical Skills

- Experience with ATS platforms such as Taleo, UKG, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Recruiting, or similar systems
- Experience reviewing, auditing, and validating recruiting or HR data
- Strong systems aptitude and ability to learn new technology quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting-related systems

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Taleo and/or UKG
- Experience supporting HR technology implementations, system migrations, or platform transitions
- Experience in both recruiting and recruiting operations environments
- Agency recruiting experience or experience supporting a variety of business functions and hiring managers
- Exposure to manufacturing, corporate, professional, or high-volume recruiting environments

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
