Job Title: Recruiter II Job Description
The Recruiter II will support high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for roles in the Northwest region, primarily focused on a virtual medical team that delivers telehealth visits, customer care, and Medicare population health programs. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to a growing healthcare subsidiary within a large technology environment, while owning the end-to-end recruitment process and helping shape scalable talent acquisition solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for a high volume of roles, overseeing candidates from initial sourcing through offer acceptance and closing.
- Source and attract qualified talent for positions supporting the Northwest region, including roles within virtual medical teams, telehealth, customer care, and Medicare population health programs.
- Independently close candidates by managing interviews, feedback, offers, and negotiations within an approximately 40-day hiring cycle.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and the recruiting team, participating in weekly syncs and subgroup meetings to align on hiring needs, candidate pipelines, and recruitment strategies.
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS to manage candidate records, track progress, and maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment data.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop scalable and maintainable recruiting processes and solutions.
- Meet weekly outreach and activity goals, including interviews per week, hires per month, and sourcing metrics, while maintaining a high standard of quality in all recruitment deliverables.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide clear reporting and insights on recruiting activities and, when applicable, on large data sets related to hiring metrics and pipeline performance.
- Maintain exceptional administrative accuracy and attention to detail in scheduling, documentation, and candidate communication.
- Uphold leadership principles such as ownership, customer obsession, and delivering results throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture while working independently on assigned requisitions and projects.
Essential Skills
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience, including specialty recruiting in relevant domains.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including independently closing candidates.
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve to develop scalable and maintainable recruitment solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working in high-volume recruiting environments with defined hiring timelines and metrics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and recruiting team members while managing independent workload.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
This role is based onsite and follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no required overtime, weekend, or holiday work. The work style combines collaborative team interaction with significant independent responsibility, including weekly syncs and subgroup meetings with the recruiting team. The environment reflects a large technology company culture within a healthcare-focused subsidiary, providing exposure to both tech-driven processes and patient-centered healthcare initiatives. Daily work relies heavily on digital tools, including Greenhouse ATS and other recruiting technologies, in a professional office setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
