MetroCorps Private Limited is a newly established project management company in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, delivering engineering design, procurement and project controls for design-build projects of US clients across Africa, the GCC and Europe. Every project is designed through conceptual, developmental, pre-final and final stages with licensed US Professional Engineers, and taken from the first page of the RFP to handover. Our programme includes modular and containerised living units, substation renovation, medium-voltage switchgear, UPS and generator systems, wastewater treatment plants and building renovation. The role

We are building the founding team of our Hyderabad office and are looking for a Contracts & Compliance Manager to run contract administration on our international design-build projects. You will manage contracts and subcontracts from award to close-out, handle notices, variations and claims, and keep the company compliant with its contractual obligations.

What you will do

- Administer main contracts and subcontracts from award to close-out, including notices, correspondence and time bars.

- Prepare and substantiate variations, extensions of time and claims, and draft rebuttals.

- Draft and review subcontracts and purchase-order terms, with proper flow-down of main-contract obligations.

- Maintain obligations and compliance registers, and track bonds, insurances, permits and other contractual requirements.

- Review RFPs and contract terms during bidding, and flag commercial and contractual risks.

- Advise project teams on contractual matters and build discipline on notices and project records.

- Coordinate with external counsel when required.

What we are looking for

- B.E./B.Tech, LL.B. or equivalent.

- 5–7 years of contract administration on international construction or EPC projects.

- Working knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent international forms of contract.

- Variations, extensions of time and claims prepared and substantiated, with named examples.

- Precise drafting of notices, letters and subcontract clauses.

- Discipline on notices, time bars and registers.

- Excellent written English.
