MetroCorps Private Limited is a newly established project management company in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, delivering engineering design, procurement and project controls for design-build projects of US clients across Africa, the GCC and Europe. Every project is designed through conceptual, developmental, pre-final and final stages with licensed US Professional Engineers, and taken from the first page of the RFP to handover. Our programme includes modular and containerised living units, substation renovation, medium-voltage switchgear, UPS and generator systems, wastewater treatment plants and building renovation. The role

We are building the founding team of our Hyderabad office and are looking for a Bids & Proposals Manager to lead our bids for international design-build projects. You will run each pursuit from RFP release to submission, build compliant and persuasive proposals, and manage several bids at once to fixed deadlines.

What you will do

- Lead bids from RFP release to submission: bid/no-bid input, the bid plan, schedule and team assignments.

- Analyse RFPs and build compliance matrices so that every requirement is answered.

- Write and edit technical and management narratives, and maintain a reusable proposal content library.

- Coordinate pricing with the estimating and design teams: rate build-ups, subcontractor bid packages and pricing strategy.

- Run several concurrent pursuits to fixed submission deadlines.

- Manage clarifications, addenda and the final quality check before submission.

- Track win and loss results and feed the lessons into the next bid.

What we are looking for

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; a NICMAR or RICS qualification is an advantage.

- 4–7 years of bid or proposal experience on construction or engineering pursuits with a reputed contractor, EPC/GC or consultancy.

- Named competitive submissions to international contracting standards.

- Compliance matrices, pricing strategy, rate build-ups and subcontractor bid-package management.

- Strong writing and editing: you draft proposal sections yourself, not only coordinate them.

- Experience with international clients.

- Excellent written English.
