MetroCorps Private Limited is a newly established project management company in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, delivering engineering design, procurement and project controls for design-build projects of US clients across Africa, the GCC and Europe. Every project is designed through conceptual, developmental, pre-final and final stages with licensed US Professional Engineers, and taken from the first page of the RFP to handover. Our programme includes modular and containerised living units, substation renovation, medium-voltage switchgear, UPS and generator systems, wastewater treatment plants and building renovation. The role
We are building the founding team of our Hyderabad office and are looking for an IT & Systems Administrator to run our Microsoft 365 environment and office IT. You will look after users, devices, security and backups, and be the first line of support for a small international team.
What you will do
- Administer Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, user accounts and licences.
- Manage identity and security in Entra ID: multi-factor authentication, conditional access and security baselines.
- Enrol and manage laptops and mobile devices with Intune; set up new joiners and close accounts for leavers.
- Run backups and test restores regularly.
- Administer engineering and business software, licences and renewals.
- Look after the office network, Wi-Fi, printers and meeting-room equipment, and manage IT vendors.
- Provide first-line support to users and keep clear IT documentation.
What we are looking for
- B.E./B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. or MCA in Computer Science or IT.
- 3–6 years of systems administration, including hands-on Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
- Practical experience with Entra ID, Intune, MFA and conditional access.
- Backups and restores actually performed, not only designed.
- A relevant Microsoft certification is an advantage.
- Experience administering engineering software (for example AutoCAD or Revit) and its licences is an advantage.
- Good documentation habits and a responsive, hands-on support attitude.
