About this role
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitor/Custodian to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of a condominium community. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, be detail-oriented, and provide support to ensure all common areas, buildings, and amenities remain clean, safe, and presentable.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all condominium common areas, buildings, hallways, and shared spaces.
- Clean and sanitize the clubhouse, restrooms, and other community amenities.
- Perform pressure washing of buildings, sidewalks, curbing, and other designated exterior areas.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash as needed to maintain a clean environment.
- Post notices on residents’ doors as directed by management.
- Escort vendors to condominium units when needed and assist with access coordination.
- Monitor common areas for cleanliness, safety concerns, and maintenance issues, reporting any concerns to management.
- Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Perform additional janitorial and general upkeep duties as assigned.
Full-Time Occasional on call for nights and weekends. This position will require to work Saturdays
Pay Rate: $17.00
