TEMPORARY ASSISTANT BUTCHER. 6-MONTH ASSIGNMENT | POSSIBLE RENEWAL
Are you an experienced butcher looking for your next opportunity?
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cut and prepare meats for deliveries and walk-in customers.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic butcher room.
- Move products between freezers, processing areas, stockrooms and delivery vehicles.
- Assist with receiving shipments and stocktaking.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Previous butchery or meat preparation experience — essential
- Experience operating a meat band saw — essential
- Knowledge of safe meat handling and food hygiene.
- A reliable, hardworking attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
