Riverside Metro Auto Group is seeking a motivated Mazda Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department.
We are looking for a strong automotive professional who understands that a successful department is built around people, processes, accountability, customer satisfaction, and profitability .
While Mazda experience is preferred, it is not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual who demonstrates strong leadership, work ethic, automotive knowledge, and a genuine desire to grow.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Work closely with the Service Department and other dealership departments to improve overall Fixed Operations performance
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Maintain a culture focused on teamwork, communication, urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Inventory control
- Purchasing and Sourcing
- Customer Service and Sales

- Automotive dealership experience
- Parts management or leadership experience preferred
- Mazda experience preferred, but not required
- We are willing to train and develop the right person
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop people
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A positive, hands-on leadership approach
- Desire to learn, grow, and take on greater responsibility
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
