What this role is about
Become part of our team and get to know the diverse PAYBACK online world. You will work closely with both our Online Shopping and Rewards Shop teams and contribute your own ideas and approaches to a variety of exciting and challenging tasks.

Your day-to-day work

- You plan, develop, and manage target group-specific and customer-focused marketing campaigns
- You support the maintenance, management, and further development of our marketing channels across app and web
- You analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- You ensure the quality of our campaign processes and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
- You independently take ownership of project-related tasks and coordinate relevant stakeholders
- You research content for marketing campaigns and support its targeted distribution
- You work with various marketing and analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and ThoughtSpot

This role is a good fit for you if…

- You are currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Media Studies, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Marketing, eCommerce, or Digital Business
- You have a strong interest in digital products, marketing, and e-commerce
- You have already gained some initial practical experience in online marketing or e-commerce
- You enjoy analytical thinking and deriving insights and recommendations from data and reports
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and with great attention to detail
- You bring creative ideas to the table and enjoy taking ownership of your work
- You are confident using standard Microsoft Office applications
- You have business-fluent German skills and very good English skills, both written and spoken

Compensation

- Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
- Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
- Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
- Working student (Master): €20 / hour
