Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T) is an end-to-end strategic advisory practice, enabling our C-suite clients to make informed, robust decisions and strategic choices. It integrates the full scale of Deloitte's M&A capabilities, consolidates Climate & Sustainability advisory capabilities, and tightens the connection between strategy development and risk management to assist clients with navigating uncertainty and change.

We are looking for experienced professionals to join Deloitte’s Commercial Strategy & Analytics practice, with a strong interest in turning advanced analytics into strategic insights and measurable business impact.

As a member of our team, you will help leading organizations across industries address business-critical issues and support executive-level decision makers in resolving complex strategic dilemmas. You will combine strategic expertise with advanced analytical techniques to deliver impactful solutions to complex business challenges.

What you’ll do:

- Deliver pricing strategy engagements for top-tier clients, leveraging advanced statistical modelling and data analytics.
- Conduct sophisticated quantitative analyses on large transactional datasets to identify pricing optimization opportunities and revenue drivers.
- Design and execute statistical analyses, including regression modelling, ANOVA, hypothesis testing, and multivariate testing, to validate commercial hypotheses.
- Translate analytical findings into data-driven insights and recommendations that directly improve clients’ profitability and revenue growth.
- Autonomously develop analytical frameworks, build data pipelines, and create reproducible analytical solutions using SQL, relational database management systems, and programming languages such as R or Python.
- Contribute to project delivery, including approach development, stakeholder engagement, management of project modules, and support for the wider project team.
- Coach and mentor junior team members on analytical methodologies, data-handling best practices, and advanced statistical techniques.
- Support business development by preparing client proposals and contributing to growth initiatives.
- Drive the development of internal analytical propositions and client-facing materials, including dashboards and data visualizations.
- Participate in sales and business development activities to expand the reach of our Commercial Strategy & Analytics practice.

#OurRequirements

- Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering or similar).
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a consulting practice, strategy firm, or strategy, commercial, pricing or analytics team in industry.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and in R and/or Python for data manipulation, statistical modelling , automation and analysis .
- Hands-on experience working with large transactional datasets and the proven ability to manage complex, multidimensional data in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems, including writing queries, structuring data and extracting insights from relational databases.
- Solid understanding of statistical methodologies, with practical experience in regression analysis, ANOVA, hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis and other quantitative techniques .
- Knowledge of pricing methodologies and optimization algorithms
- A proven track record in growth and performance improvement topics, such as market expansion, customer insights, profitability management, pricing optimization and commercial analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English .
