About this role
The Host is responsible for delivering exceptional service and a premium gaming experience to VIP players. Their main goal is to attract new customers, retain existing players, and encourage repeat visits and increased gaming activity at Solaire.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and potential players.
- Ensure guests receive personalized assistance and a high level of service.
- Promote Solaire's events, promotions, tournaments, and special offers.
- Increase player visits and gaming activity through engagement and customer care.
- Arrange hotel accommodations, transportation, airport pickups/drop-offs, restaurant bookings, and other guest requests.
- Provide complimentary perks such as meals, rooms, and other benefits based on player activity.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve services, events, and promotions.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and coordinate with other departments when needed.
- Monitor and report incidents, suspicious activities, and customer issues to management.
- Prepare and maintain player-related records, reservations, and reports.
- Support the growth of the player database, particularly for foreign customers.
- Achieve performance targets related to player revenue, visitation, events, and telemarketing efforts.
- Work collaboratively with the team and follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least college graduate
- At least 1 year of guest service experience in casino industry
- Outgoing personality and proactive working attitude.
