Guest Relations Agent
Location: The Palm, Dubai, UAE
Industry: International Branded Resort
Basic Salary: AED 2,500 per month
We are looking for a friendly and professional Guest Relations Agent to join an international branded resort on The Palm. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome and attentive service throughout each guest's stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out
- Respond to guest enquiries and provide helpful information about the resort and its facilities
- Handle guest requests and coordinate with other hotel departments
- Answer calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team
- Help resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Deliver attentive service and maintain a welcoming, professional presence
Requirements
- Good English communication skills
- German, Spanish, Chinese or French language skills are preferred
- Previous hotel, front office or guest relations experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, presentable and flexible to work shifts
