About this role

What You'll Do

You'll build and run the influencer program behind our consumer brands. The program does two jobs: organic posts that build brand awareness, and content we put paid ad spend behind. This is a program management role first. You'll keep the program organized, set the themes, and make sure every creator has what they need to succeed, especially when we launch a new brand or game. And when an angle works for one creator, you'll roll it out to all of them. You'll work every day with our Social Media Content Creator and our paid team.

- Run the program (≈ 35%) — recruit and sign creators, streamers and clippers on deals that pay for results (flat fee, cost per signup, revenue share or a mix), after vetting them for fake followers and brand safety; onboard and brief them; keep posting calendars, tracking links and codes current; and pay everyone accurately and on time

- Equip creators to win (≈ 35%) — build a brand pack for every brand, set themes and plan promos with our marketing team, and give creators everything they need for each new brand and game launch: slot-win videos, brand assets and the key details on new games

- Make the whole program better (≈ 30%) — compare results across every creator to find the angles, formats and hooks that drive signups and player value, not just views; roll what works out across the program fast; line up usage rights and whitelisting with paid; and keep all creator content within platform rules and responsible-play guidelines

What It's Like Here

Small team, one office on King Street West, in together every day, founders at the next desk. Decisions happen in a conversation, usually the same day, and everyone here owns something.

It's a close team, and we work at keeping it that way: monthly socials, watch parties for the big games, an office fantasy league, and a floor where people talk to each other instead of messaging across it.

We're AI-first in how we work: if a tool makes your job better, you'll have it. And the people who joined in early roles here are now running bigger things. That's the plan for you too.

You'll Thrive Here If You…

- Have 1–3 years running influencer, creator, affiliate or partnership programs (co-ops and internships count), with results you can show

- Are the organized one: you keep the list, close every loop, and people rely on you for it

- Know the creator landscape on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Kick and Twitch

- Understand creator deal terms: CPM, cost per signup, revenue share and usage rights

- Write briefs creators actually follow, and communicate clearly and warmly

- Are comfortable with numbers and can turn a performance report into a decision

- Like working closely with a small team and having a say in how things get done

- Can be on-site daily at 370 King St W (streetcar stop outside, 10 minutes from Union Station)

- Are curious about iGaming and social casino. You don't need to be a player; you need to be comfortable in the industry

Nice To Haves (Not Deal-Breakers)

- You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and have built something with them, even something small

- Experience in gaming, streaming or entertainment

- An existing network of creators, streamers or clippers

- Experience with Spark Ads or whitelisting creator content for paid ads

- You've run influencer campaigns for a new product or brand launch
