Maintenance Technician – CNC Equipment – Fenton, MO
Location: Fenton, MO
Pay: $30–$45/hour, depending on experience
Position: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Available Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM–1:15 AM
- Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment.
This position requires direct CNC machine maintenance experience, not just general industrial or facilities maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC machinery.
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment failures.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Minimize equipment downtime and support manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience maintaining and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Ability to independently diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs.
- Manufacturing maintenance background required.
- Automation and controls experience preferred.
Candidates must have personally troubleshot and repaired CNC equipment.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
