Operations Lead Engineer Night Shift

Job Summary:

onsemi is hiring an Operations Lead- night shift . Will be responsible for executing tactical operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role ensures delivery targets are met by driving output, cycle time, and quality performance while maintaining operational continuity across multiple technologies and process areas. The COS collaborates across departments and shifts to maintain seamless 24/7 production capability and enable continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Technical, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field — OR 10+ years of semiconductor experience with an associate degree or Military Education.

• 3+ years of leadership/management experience.

• 5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience applying manufacturing methodologies and principles (factory physics, manufacturing science, line management).

• Knowledge of Quality Control systems, Model-Based Problem Solving, and LEAN principles.

• Ability to learn complex systems and leverage them to optimize factory performance.

Salary:  onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is   $102,600 to $179,600 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.   The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of the internal equity of our current team members.
