Communications Specialist

As an Employee Communications Specialist , you will help bring the voice of onsemi to life for global employees. You'll create compelling content, support high-impact communication campaigns, manage digital channels and help foster a connected, informed and engaged workforce. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, influence culture and positively impact a global organization

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or a related field.

- Three to six years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations or a related discipline.

- Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.

- Experience creating content across multiple digital communication channels.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint and Word.

- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a global organization.

- Familiarity with engagement and communications analytics.

- Experience with visual storytelling, multimedia content or video communications.

- Knowledge of digital workplace and intranet best practices.

- Experience supporting executive or leadership communications.
