About this role
JG10 Manufacturing Equipment Engineer : ownership of equipment reliability, complex troubleshooting, OEE improvement, root-cause elimination, preventive maintenance, and technical leadership. Responsible for sustaining and improving manufacturing equipment performance to support production requirements. The role provides advanced engineering support for equipment reliability, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, and equipment-related OEE and uptime recovery.
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related discipline .
- Strong background in automated semiconductor/manufacturing equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and equipment control systems .
- Demonstrated capability in advanced troubleshooting, RCA, FMEA, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement .
- Working knowledge of manufacturing KPIs including OEE, uptime, MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and equipment utilization .
- Able to independently lead complex equipment problems and improvement projects.
- Strong technical leadership, documentation, communication, and technician-development skills.
