Bilingual Assembler
PrideStaff is hiring an Assembler I for a fitness equipment manufacturer in a temp-to-hire, full-time role.

Pay: $18.50 – $20.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Mon–Fri, 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM (plus frequent Saturday OT)
Location: 100% On-site
Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities
Assemble fitness equipment using blueprints, work instructions, and hand tools.
Inspect parts and finished assemblies for defects and report issues to the lead.
Maintain production pace, clean workspace, and proper tool care.
Operate a forklift and work across multiple assembly stations as needed.
Requirements
Language: Must be bilingual in Spanish.
Forklift: Experience required
Skills: Basic mechanical/electronic assembly knowledge and hand tool proficiency.
Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk full shifts, and work in a warehouse setting.
Availability: Reliable attendance and open to mandatory overtime.
