Home Health Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential in-home care services to clients in Saline, MI. Responsibilities

- Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

- Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety and comfort.

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.

- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to nursing staff or supervisors.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.

- Record and document care provided accurately and timely.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is a plus.

- Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to follow directions and work independently.

- Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Saline, MI.

- Basic understanding of safety and infection control procedures.
