Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with mobility and transferring clients safely.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior to supervisory staff.
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and families.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care, personal care, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with client care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
- Must pass background checks.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a plus.
