Working Student Sales Operations & Backoffice (M/F/D)

Team Language: German Contract Type: Working student , preferred start date from January 1, 2027, minimum duration of 6 months What This Role Is About Purpose: Supporting a variety of operational tasks related to campaign execution and management.

Goal: Ensuring accuracy while contributing to the development and optimization of processes.

Your day-to-day work

- Support the sales team in managing existing and new PAYBACK partners
- Take on operational tasks related to the execution of marketing campaigns
- Assist with the operational implementation of marketing concepts and partner-specific campaigns
- Book and manage various PAYBACK marketing measures, such as newsletters and coupons

- You enjoy working independently, in a structured manner, and taking ownership of your tasks
- You are confident using MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel

- You have strong communication skills and excellent German language proficiency

Compensation

- Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
- Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
- Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
- Working student (Master): €20 / hour
